libclass-dbi-plugin-type-perl software package provides Class::DBI plugin to determine type information for table columns, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclass-dbi-plugin-type-perl
libclass-dbi-plugin-type-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclass-dbi-plugin-type-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclass-dbi-plugin-type-perl *
